Rain(a)Way focusses on the rainwater problems in cities as a result of climate change. With focus on the qualities of rainwater Rain(a)Way designs a visually attractive solution for the rainwater surpluses inspired by Japanese architecture and culture where they integrate rainwater in a transparent manner into society.
To reach this goal the visibility of the rainwater and urban infiltration is key. Water reservoirs are nowadays mostly found underground, completely invisible to the public. Rain(a) Way collects the water in a transparent and esthetical way where it can infiltrate more evenly into the soil.
Rain(a)Way contributes on one hand to the solution of a surplus of rainwater in cities and on the other hand shows the water in a esthetical way in the streets.
